I spent 11 years working for SSOE Group in Toledo, Ohio. While with SSOE, I worked in both the Marketing and Enterprise Applications departments. My responsibilities included database management, process development and data analysis.
I have been with BGSU for just over a year in the Office of Institutional Research where I analyze data and develop useful business intelligence dashboards for the university. I have experience with several programs including Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Camtasia to name a few.
