My primary areas of expertise are in software implementation, business intelligence, and enrollment projections. While I've spent the last 19 years at a public flagship, my first four years in IR were in community college settings. My passion for underserved and underrepresented groups was what attracted me to IR initially - the ability to use data to inform policies and programs that can improve life situations. When I'm not working, I enjoy crocheting and being the spouse of a science fiction writer, as well as the mom of two awesome adults.
